Innerspace Yoga "Get Your OM On!" The Innerspace method relies upon classic sequences of Hatha Yoga postures with heavy emphasis on form and safety.

Introspection and personal growth are the touchstones of Innerspace classes. Students are brought in and out of postures carefully, and modifications are made for any body type. Most sequences are designed to open the hips, alleviating low back pain and tension. Mindfulness of breath and posture are emphasized. Each class begins with students creating a personal purpose or dedication for practice, and the sessions end with Yoga Nidra, a deep meditation which quiets the mind and develops the practitioner’s control of his or her own body systems. Class sizes are small so students get individualized attention from certified and registered yoga instructor, Kelly Cook.
