Would you like a mini recitation mediation on the individual healing posts to do along ?
Nothing is a coincidence including the random channels we come across that help us elevate our healing journey .
The time to completely accepting and embracing the part we reject in ourselves because we think it’s not enough / dark/ raw/ wounded/ self judged is ready and asking us to pay attention . Pay attention - but gently , lovingly . It’s asking to just be recognized and accepted that it’s there in it’s incompleteness . We all want to accepted by the world outside all while being so judge mental and brutal to some of our parts .
This week sit down with our own self . All parts of self and write down what / who is that you are rejecting in your own self .
Use the clearing and affirmation to ease the process and pay attention how you feel afterwards . 10 mins a day for your internal world can do wonders . Make healing your priority.

This is such a deep and important thought . We are conditioned to believe that fun is frivolous . We hide our fun loving , child like parts of ourselves as we enter into adulthood and exposed to the big world !
But if we step back , take a deep breath and remember when was a time we actually felt successful ? We do always think of that event , goal , achievement that came easy and joyfully .We have learnt the art of masking our joy . We pretend to be extra serious , studious because we think this will help to be taken seriously.
Let this reminder sink in . Think about how does it apply to you and is there a way to can integrate joy in your way to achievement and success?
