We were so lucky at the Creek today!
Our residents were treated to a very special holiday surprise when Mrs. Claus stopped by to visit, share smiles, and spread Christmas cheer. As if that wasn’t enough, the Grinch was seen dancing his way through Plainfield and then taking off in true Grinch-style on his motorcycle!

Laughter, joy, and holiday spirit filled the air, creating unforgettable moments for our residents and staff. Days like this remind us just how special this season is and how fortunate we are to share it together at the Creek.

Last but not least, our dance contest was nothing short of hilarious! This was a new addition to our staff party this year, and it was an absolute hit. The laughs, energy, and creativity made it unforgettable and we’re pretty sure it will be back again next year!

As we wrap up another year, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the incredible staff of our community for making this year so special. Your dedication, teamwork, and compassion truly make a difference every single day.

Our annual staff holiday party was a huge hit filled with games, laughter, fun, and plenty of gift exchanging! This year, we added a few new games to the lineup, including tic-tac-toe, a dance contest, and a singing contest, which brought lots of energy and smiles.

Thank you all for another an amazing year. We are so grateful for each of you and look forward to an incredible 2026 together!

Here at The Creek, we were excited to continue one of our favorite traditions the Saran Wrap Ball for our staff! This has become quite the popular game and one our team truly looks forward to each year.

Laughter, excitement, and plenty of surprises filled the room as the ball was passed and unwrapped. It’s moments like these that remind us how special our team is and how much we enjoy celebrating together.

Thank you to our amazing staff for all that you do we’re so glad we can keep traditions like this alive. More photos to come!

Our Cup Contest was also a big success! Unfortunately for our reigning champ, the Maintenance Director was stripped of his crown and had to pass it on to our Director of Nursing, who proudly took the title this year.
