Join us in spotlighting Naomi, who has been on the IEP Therapy team for 6 years! Her favorite part of the job? Collaborating with our amazing office team every day.

Outside of work, Naomi stays busy as a proud boy mom to her 2- and 8-year-old sons. She also enjoys playing pool with her husband, roller skating, and listening to podcasts/audiobooks. 🎧🎱💙

📣 Meet the IEP Therapy Team! 🎉

We’re excited to introduce Winne, who just celebrated 1 year with IEP Therapy this August! 🥳

Her favorite part of working here? “Connecting with people across different roles and being part of an exciting, supportive office team!” 💬✨

Outside of work, Winne is always on the go — whether she’s traveling to new cities, trying out new coffee spots ☕, reading 📚, watching shows/movies 🍿, shopping 🛍️, or spending time with friends.

💡 Fun fact: Winne volunteers as an advisor for three sorority chapters and even holds a role in an alumnae chapter! Talk about dedication! 💪👩‍🎓

✨ Kim has worked at IEP Therapy for 3 years! Her favorite part about working here is meeting new people every day! No two days are ever the same!

🎨 She is an avid reader, and loves to write, paint, and take on artsy projects. She also loves to travel—especially with her kids!

😺 Fun fact: She has a one-eyed cat who LOVES to play fetch. Yes, really!

👋 Meet Shane Kirkpatrick, The IEP Therapy Office Manager

For just over two years, Shane has played a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. His attention to detail and calm presence help create an organized, welcoming environment for our entire team!

We’re proud of the cohesive workplace culture we've built here — and Shane is a big part of that. Outside of the office, he brings the same passion and energy to his community involvement:

👶 And most recently, celebrating the joy of becoming a grandfather this past spring!
