IEP Therapy works only with schools in providing special education services. We only provide services to schools!

IEP Therapy is a school-based therapy recruitment company employing speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, school psychologists, and other IEP professionals. As a therapist-owned and operated company, we know first-hand the support that is essential to delivering high-quality educational services to students and the schools. Our distinct approach to managing, supporting, and developing our team is by far our greatest strength. The therapy managers on staff provide consistent support through site visits, phone calls, and more to each one of our team members! IEP Therapy also offers a library of therapy materials, professional development opportunities, and a confidential online forum where team members can connect, collaborate, and brainstorm as a multidisciplinary team. Whether you are a school looking to meet the needs of your students right away, or a therapist that is looking for the support and appreciation you’ve earned, IEP Therapy is the company you can count on.

👥 Why schools?
She loves working in a true team environment—collaborating across disciplines, sharing perspectives, and making therapy more effective (and way more fun!) when everyone works together.

💙 Why IEP Therapy?
The support! From continuing education to tuition reimbursement, she’s grateful to work for a company that truly invests in helping clinicians grow their skills and knowledge.

📚 Favorite therapy activity?
Literacy-based interventions are her jam! Lately, she’s been reading Amelia Bedelia with older students to tackle non-literal language—and having a blast doing it.

🎉 Fun fact!
She’s a huge The Office fan—and even got to meet Jenna Fischer (aka Pam 🖼️) in Chicago this past September. Amazing!

🌲 Life outside of work
If it’s outdoors, she’s in! Kayaking, backpacking, canyoneering, or just relaxing in a hammock—nature is her happy place. She’s also the proud human of two very sweet adventure buddies: a chihuahua and a golden retriever 🐕🐕

Favorite part about working in schools:
Margaret loves interacting with a wide range of professionals and seeing students daily—it’s what makes each day meaningful and rewarding.

Why she enjoys working with IEP Therapy:
She appreciates the high level of professionalism and support. Whether she has a question or a need, the IEP Therapy team is always responsive, takes time to connect, and consistently follows up.

Favorite activity in schools:
Assessing preschool students using play-based assessments! Margaret believes play is one of the most engaging and effective ways for young learners to show what they know—plus, it’s fun.

One thing she hopes all students know:

Fun fact:
Margaret previously worked at Disney World—right in the Magic Kingdom castle! 🏰

Hobbies & interests:
In her free time, Margaret enjoys reading, cooking, running, and gardening with her 7-year-old.

Outside of work, Naomi stays busy as a proud boy mom to her 2- and 8-year-old sons. She also enjoys playing pool with her husband, roller skating, and listening to podcasts/audiobooks. 🎧🎱💙
