In celebration of National Personal Trainer Awareness Month, we wanted to show our appreciation to Kristy Pingel, personal trainer at hc1.

We asked her to share some wisdom about taking the first steps to get fit!
"People think they need to get into shape before they commit to entering a gym and scheduling an appointment with a trainer. We, as trainers, are here to help eliminate those misconceptions. We're here to help people set attainable fitness goals, motivate them while working out in the gym, and help them stay on track to succeed. The hardest part is simply making the appointment and entering the gym," said Kristy.
