Ava Retz, a SEED professional from the Class of 2024, is gaining hands-on experience through her apprenticeship with our Membership Department. From managing accounts and patronage to assisting with equity redemptions and even supporting our annual meeting, Ava is making a real impact and helping farmer members experience the cooperative advantage.

The SEED program opens doors for students to explore all facets of our business and build skills that last a lifetime.
