📏✨ Measuring Up at Love And Light Learning Academy! ✨📏

Today in Preschool, our little scholars explored the world of measurement in a fun and hands-on way! Using yarn as our measuring tool, we measured classroom objects and even ourselves!

This activity helped our children:
🧠 Develop early math and problem-solving skills
👀 Build observation and comparison skills
✋ Engage in hands-on, interactive learning
💬 Strengthen language as they described what was longer, shorter, or the same

At LALLA, we believe learning should be meaningful, creative, and fun—and today was the perfect example of that! 💡❤️

✨ Learning Through Language at LALLA! ✨

Today our Pre-K scholars explored the fun world of alliteration—when words start with the same sound! 🎉

We read Pete The Cat and The Perfect Pizza Party!

From silly sentences to playful phrases, our little learners practiced using their voices, building early literacy skills, and boosting their confidence while speaking. 🗣️💡

Activities like this help strengthen phonemic awareness, expand vocabulary, and lay the foundation for strong reading and writing skills. And of course… we had LOTS of laughs along the way! 😄
