Frances is a native of Indiana and she has been a part of the nursing community for over 23 years. She started her career as a CNA and eventually through long hours and hard work became a Registered Nurse. Through the years she recognized the challenges that many facilities were facing with short-staffing. She decided to evolve and be part of the solution.
