Our first speaker is John Qualls, Managing Partner, BIG Intel Group.

Working title: “Practical AI Implementation: Lessons from the Field"

Brief bio: John Qualls trains people on how AI actually works—no hype, just honest conversation. As Managing Partner at Big Intel Group, he's trained over 5,000 individuals this past year alone, including 43 executive teams and 400+ executives who needed someone to translate the technical into the human.

He understands that real AI implementation means respecting both innovation and protection—building responsibly from the start.

Our second speaker is Jamie Busic, Founder, CEO & CTO, Virtual Sprout. “Case Study: Anatomy of a Ransomware Attack on a Financial Institution – Entry Point, Recovery, and Aftermath. Plus, AI-Related Risks."
