I created the Centered & Seen Feelings Wheel because so many of the tools we’re given to talk about emotions don’t reflect how we actually experience or name our feelings.

This wheel is:

• designed to slow things down and offer language without pressure

It’s for therapists, parents, educators, and anyone who’s tired of defaulting to “I’m fine” when that’s not the full truth.

Just had my annual physical, and it was a powerful reminder: Black health is Black wealth. Too often, we push through stress, silence our struggles, and carry the weight of the world—without checking in on ourselves. But we deserve whole health—mind, body, and soul.

🖤 Did you know? Black communities face higher risks for conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and mental health disparities due to stress, systemic barriers, and generational trauma. It’s time we normalize:
✅ Regular doctor visits to care for our bodies
✅ Therapy & mental health check-ins to heal our minds
✅ Self-care & boundaries to protect our peace
