What makes a healthcare business flourish?

1) Good Quality Staff!

Everything else is secondary! If you can’t find good staff, or have trouble retaining them, it’s a major hardship!

Research all pros and cons in the healthcare industry before making the decision to jump in!!

Also over saturated states with high fraud activity, it is becoming nearly impossible for new agencies to start in!!

Be very mindful as you are researching this! Some states are going to be very tough! Indiana is in the Top 5!

Imagine taking this to a less saturated area where the baby boomer population is growing and they are begging for help 🫣🫢😁🙌🏽💪🏽

Nurses who are not making 6 figures in less than a year.. and you have AN ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT AND MINDSET WHERE YA AT BOO?

Nurse in the Field Day .. started late ⏰ had the pleasure of doing a patient assessment with an amazing agency I’m working alongside of! Super Fun and it’s always great working together in this field!!

Collaborating is the New Flex!! Not for everyone but iykyk!!

Networking in Healthcare has a ton of pros such as Gathering Resources for Your Clients/Patients, Families, and Employees … you be surprised what people need and how long waiting on the system to provide can take.

Communicating and marketing your services with providers, insurance companies, HOA’s, shelters, funeral homes, churches, charity organizations, jails, I can go on and on will have you turning down business for being under staffed! 👍🏽 just a minor tip for those who struggle getting clients 😉

Under one Healthcare Industry I have 5-6 different strong revenue streams!!

Add more services to leverage.. when one goes low the others are staying strong and it will level out!!

Stay Positive Guys!! Always remember it’s never about Us BUT THOSE WE SERVE!!

Only an operating at home healthcare agency is not for everyone, and everyone should not do it!

The lives of others are affected from what you do or do not do within your agency/business/organization.

and that’s all I can say on this topic because it’s very controversial and real!

25 plus years in Healthcare.. I wanted to do something less stressful.. and fun!! Something off my my Bucket list 🙌🏽 my simple short story

🙏🏽So I decided to close down my storage units in 🌴Miami and noticed over the years I collected so many Gorgeous Clothes and items 🫢🤪🫣☺️…. Ladies how many of you understand Retail Therapy 🛍️😁

🙏🏽Long story short.. I had an extra room in the back of one of my offices that I used for my First Closet Boutique.. something I’ve always wanted to do!!

🛍️The clothes and items are very Classy, some top brands, some Ol Money, sizes 2-18, small- 3XL… I used to be 258 pounds not long ago … so of course I have items for my Beautiful Plus Size Curvy Women💐

🛍️We are opened 6 days a week!! During our regular busy business hours!! Monday ~Saturday
