The Mindful Me Series by NAMI is designed to meet young people where they are—curious, growing,
and learning to navigate big emotions. Through hands-on, age-appropriate activities, students explore their feelings, understand what they mean, and discover healthy ways to manage them.
Activities are organized by grade level (K–2, 3–5, and 6–8) and are flexible for use in classrooms, after-school programs, or community spaces. Each 15–30-minute activity includes:
• A clear goal and step-by-step instructions
• A simple materials list
• Reflection questions that spark
meaningful conversations
• Adaptation tips for diverse needs
These activities help build resilience, empathy, and self-awareness—laying the foundation for lifelong emotional health.
