Oasis at 30th is your choice for affordable assisted living and adult day care in the Indianapolis area. Our three-story building features 60 one-bedroom apartments, and our community offers a full spectrum of services that help older adults embrace their independence. Oasis provides a wonderful residential alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home. Residents will have the opportunity to:

- Live in a private apartment. Each of the apartments will feature a kitchenette, spacious bathroom and emergency alert system.

- Receive personal assistance and help with medications. Certified staff will be on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support services such as three daily meals, housekeeping and laundry are also included.

- Enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and participate in social and recreational activities. The emphasis at Oasis is on providing residents with the Love, Compassion & Dignity they deserve and on helping each resident maintain as much independence as possible for as long as possible. Gardant Manageent Solutions serves as the management company for Oasis. Gardant is a mission-driven company that is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults and their families. Just got back from an amazing day at All Star Bowling! 🎳 We had so much fun knocking down pins, cheering each other on, and enjoying some friendly competition. The laughter, the strikes (and even the gutter balls!) made for a fantastic time. Can't wait for the next outing—bowling nights are definitely the best! 🥳🎉
