Founded by Karen Fox, The Yoga Studio has two locations! We are currently located in the heart of Broad Ripple and in Carmel in Merchant Square! 🩵

Yoga is for everyone. A practice dating back thousands of years, yoga is here to stay. TYS CARMEL DOORS OPENING SATURDAY DECEMBER 20th ✨🩵

The time has finally come, we passed our inspection and are ready to open our doors in Carmel again!

Beginning Saturday, December 20th we will have a limited schedule… 8:45 am, 10 am, and 5:45 pm with a few fun pop ups! Limited schedule is LIVE on the app for early booking 📲

Candlelit Grief Workshop with Angela and Lade this Friday, December 5th from 6:30 - 8 PM 🕯️

Grief is a natural reaction to loss and feelings of grief can intensify over the holidays. Join us for a candlelit heart centered yoga class honoring all forms of loss.

We invite you to bring an item of inspiration or comfort (a picture, memento, etc) that supports you in your grief journey.

Lade and Angela will hold sacred space in a series of reflection, breath work and gentle movement 🤍

This Saturday from 2 to 3:30 PM with Rick

Join us for a Slow Flow practice blended with meditation cues to help you move with intention and reconnect with your body. Perfect for anyone feeling drained or craving a calmer pace.

It’s all coming together ✨

We’re in the final stretch and wrapping up construction in Carmel! In a perfect world, we’d already be open and sharing our love of Yoga and Pilates with you, but all good things take time. We’ve learned to be patient, let go of things beyond our control, and stay focused on creating a space filled with love, intention, and growth for all of you.

Part ritual, part rave, and all heart, Rage Ritual is a sacred, sweaty celebration of what it means to feel it all.

In Yoga, “tapas” is the fire of discipline, the inner heat that purifies, transforms, and awakens our strength. In this workshop, we’ll explore rage as tapas, a sacred fire that, when met with awareness and compassion, can move stuck energy and open the door to healing.

Rage isn’t something to fear; it’s fuel. It’s energy that wants to move, be witnessed, and be set free. This is not about suppression or explosion. It’s about transformation. Expect grounding practices, cathartic beats, expressive movement, and space to let it all out with no holding back and no judgment.
