Celebrating our team’s contributions to 250,000 people screened for early stage ! Type 1 Diabetes TrialNet

marks an important milestone as over 250,000 people worldwide have been screened for Type 1 diabetes risk through TrialNet, an international research network focused on early detection and prevention. The IU School of Medicine’s TrialNet clinical center at Riley Children's Health has contributed more than 10,000 screenings, helping Hoosier families understand their risk and supporting research aimed at prevention: https://bit.ly/4fMg3vB

Important initiative to identify those at risk of T1D.

Earlier this month, our friends at Sanofi launched the “Screen It Like You Mean It” campaign and “The 1 Pledge” movement, a nationwide education campaign urging families to get screened for type 1 diabetes so that those who will eventually be affected by the disease can begin to prepare as soon as possible.

The “Screen It Like You Mean It” campaign focuses on familial risk, especially for those who are at risk
for type 1 diabetes. You can learn more about T1D screening options by talking to your doctor and visiting www.screenfortype1.com.
