A valid radiology license is needed, and coronal polishing certificate is preferred. Our office is open Monday through Thursday, no Fridays or weekends! We anticipate re-opening the office May 4, 2020 at 9AM. The safety of our staff and patients is our number one priority. You will notice some changes when you come into the office for a dental appointment. We are making every effort to keep our patients and staff safe during this pandemic.

When you come in for your appointment you will notice that our waiting room area is closed. We will be asking patients to not bring friends/family with you to your appointment or they will be asked to remain in their vehicle. We also will not have a public restroom available at this time.

Please check in at the front desk and update any medical information, address, insurance, and phone number. At this time you will have your temperature taken. We will ask that you put hand sanitizer on your hands, and also you will be asked a series of covid-19 questions prior to being seated. If you have had any flu/cold like symptoms, fever or have been around someone who tested positive for covid-19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment 14 days after you are symptom free.

We look forward to seeing you all and hope everyone stays safe and well!
