Glenna is a true Classical Pilates pro—comprehensively certified through Peak Pilates and a Master Trainer with the same respected organization. Her depth of knowledge, precision, and passion for the classical method have shaped and strengthened the Invoke community for well over a decade. We are so lucky to have her steady presence and expert eye in the studio.

You can practice with Glenna at:

One final shoutout to .hayes.yoga for hosting her first workshop - it was incredible! Galentines Day Yoga was truly unforgettable for everyone involved. Erin lead an amazing vinyasa flow followed by fun and engaging partner work. The theme of love, friendship, and female empowerment was felt in the room! ❤️

We wrapped up the workshop with delicious Valentine's Day treats and drinks 🥂 A highlight of the evening was a professional photographer and photo booth with adorable props. We feel so fortunate to have had Erin's talented sister capture the night for us in these stunning photos! Thank you!

We are already looking forward to next year! 💗 ❤️ 💕
