🌟 Participant Spotlight: Cherise 🌟

Cherise has set a personal goal to focus on her health and wellness. As part of that goal, she decided to take on a 5K race. 💪

Over the past 4 months, she has been training with her Recreation Therapist, walking on the treadmill and outdoors while gradually increasing her distance. On 3/18, Cherise reached an exciting milestone by completing her first full 5K distance (3.1 miles)! 🎉

With 7 months to go until her race in October, she remains motivated and dedicated as she continues working to improve her time. 👟
