Congratulations Joel Ogbeifun, LPN, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Joel Ogbeifun joined Fairway Village in December 2022 as a brand-new CNA. His dedication to residents and passion for senior care quickly became evident. Inspired by a desire to make a greater impact on people’s lives, Joel returned to school to become an LPN, graduating in September 2024. In total, he has worked in senior care for just under three years, all proudly spent at Fairway Village.

Joel was nominated by the entire facility for this recognition and won by a wide margin because of his unwavering compassion, dependability, and commitment to the residents and his team. He lives the ASC core values daily offering genuine compassion to residents and families, taking full accountability in his work, fostering strong relationships with coworkers, and delivering clinical and personal care with excellence.

Outside of work, Joel is known for his great grilling and cooking skills. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball and soccer, taking road trips, and cheering on his favorite teams, the Lakers and Chelsea FC.

Joel’s supervisor had this to say, “Joel’s growth from CNA to LPN is a testament to his drive and dedication. He follows through on every task. His calm presence and skills make a difference every single day.”

Working with Joel is a privilege. He is dependable, approachable, and always willing to lend a hand. His positivity and problem-solving skills inspire everyone around him. Joel’s journey is proof that hard work and heart go hand-in-hand in healthcare, and we are proud to recognize him as our Quest
