Fairway Village extends a warm welcome to Jennifer Fedeler, our newly appointed Director of Nursing. Originally from Highland, Indiana, Jennifer's family, including her husband Jason, daughters Mackenzie, Macie, and Madison, and her parents, are paramount in her life. She is actively involved in her community, coaching softball at Beech Grove and enthusiastically supporting her daughters' athletic endeavors. Jennifer is also an avid supporter of the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears. Notably, she has completed eight Indianapolis mini-marathons.

When asked about her decision to pursue a career in long-term care, Jennifer shared, "I have a deep affection for the geriatric population. The relationships fostered with residents and their families make this work exceptionally rewarding."

Jennifer credits her daughters as her primary source of inspiration, stating, "I was a mother of three when I embarked on my journey to obtain my RN. I aim to demonstrate to them that age and circumstance are not barriers to achieving one's goals."

A glimpse into Jennifer's preferences reveals her fondness for dogs, the music of Luke Bryan and Jelly Roll, the comfort of meatloaf and mashed potatoes, Goldfish Pretzels, and dining at Chili's restaurant.

We also offer respite services for caregivers, allowing them a break from caregiving duties to relax and properly care for themselves. When a loved one is facing terminal illness, we also provide hospice and palliative care, allowing your loved one to live as comfortably as possible. Fairway Village is conveniently located on the southside of Indianapolis, with easy access to I-65, I-465 and I-74.
