I warned everyone last year to get their medications ๐Ÿ’Š for a year! I even shared the pharmacies that would fill prescriptions for 90 days, 6 months, and up to year.

I advised people to get their preventive care: mammograms, colonoscopies, annual checkups, dental care, etc.

Why? I warned that the incoming administration would make drastic changes.

We are in a shut down that will impact many things and ESPECIALLY healthcare.

When this is over, if you still have healthcare:

1. GET YOUR ๐Ÿ’Š
2. Establish and keep a relationship with your doctor
3. Get your preventive care DONE
4. Eat healthier
5. Exercise, literally walk and run
6. Quit SMOKING
7. Quit using illicit drugs
8. Stay healthy MENTALLY
9. Check on your family and friends
10. Do #1 ASAP!

Brain Power!

MIT researchers discovered that teaching music activates both hemispheres of the brain, boosting memory, attention, language skills, and problem-solving. Unlike coding, which mainly develops logical thinking, music combines creativity, emotions, and collaboration, giving children a wider cognitive advantage.

Studies show kids who learn music often outperform peers academically, displaying stronger focus, improved reading skills, and better teamwork. Experts even suggest that starting with music makes it easier for children to learn coding later, since their brains are already trained for complex pattern recognition.

This research highlights how music is more than an art โ€” itโ€™s a powerful tool for building intelligence and shaping well-rounded learners.

Absolutely horrific.
