I warned everyone last year to get their medications 💊 for a year! I even shared the pharmacies that would fill prescriptions for 90 days, 6 months, and up to year.

I advised people to get their preventive care: mammograms, colonoscopies, annual checkups, dental care, etc.

Why? I warned that the incoming administration would make drastic changes.

We are in a shut down that will impact many things and ESPECIALLY healthcare.

When this is over, if you still have healthcare:

1. GET YOUR 💊
2. Establish and keep a relationship with your doctor
3. Get your preventive care DONE
4. Eat healthier
5. Exercise, literally walk and run
6. Quit SMOKING
7. Quit using illicit drugs
8. Stay healthy MENTALLY
9. Check on your family and friends
10. Do #1 ASAP!

Brain Power!

Brain Power!

MIT researchers discovered that teaching music activates both hemispheres of the brain, boosting memory, attention, language skills, and problem-solving. Unlike coding, which mainly develops logical thinking, music combines creativity, emotions, and collaboration, giving children a wider cognitive advantage.

Studies show kids who learn music often outperform peers academically, displaying stronger focus, improved reading skills, and better teamwork. Experts even suggest that starting with music makes it easier for children to learn coding later, since their brains are already trained for complex pattern recognition.

This research highlights how music is more than an art — it’s a powerful tool for building intelligence and shaping well-rounded learners.

Absolutely horrific.

"This is one of the most disturbing cases of medical fraud we've ever investigated."

A 29-year-old Florida woman was arrested after pretending to be a registered nurse and treating 4,486 individuals at a local hospital from July 2023 until she was fired in January 2025, the local sheriff's office said.

Now we have the Bubonic Plague....

A person in northern Arizona has died from a case of the plague, local health officials said.

The individual, who was not identified, was treated at Flagstaff Medical Center Emergency Department and died there the same day despite life-saving attempts, according to a statement from Northern Arizona Healthcare.

The plague is historically associated with the Middle Ages in Europe, where it was rampant and led to one of the deadliest outbreaks in the continent's history.

This is devastating. Processes were not followed. Other outlets are reporting that it WAS NOT a nurse involved, but a new tech. Regardless of who was responsible, that baby should never have been dragged from the crib, in a NICU at a children's hospital.

‘Their baby had been dropped’: Newborn falls out of crib and dies in hospital NICU.

✂️ CRISPR Just Snipped HIV Out Of Human Immune Cells — And It Stayed Gone!

In a stunning leap forward, scientists have used CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing to delete HIV-1 DNA from human T-cells.

Unlike treatments that only suppress the virus, this approach completely removes HIV’s genetic code from the immune system’s core cells.

Even more impressive?

The edited cells resisted reinfection in lab tests—showing the potential for a real, permanent cure.

This could be the breakthrough that finally cracks the toughest part of the fight against HIV: eliminating the virus from the body once and for all.
