Personal update: as of today I am down 55 pounds in 4 months and 3 weeks. We have several others who crossed the 40 pounds post mark this month and we are very proud of them.
We are also seeing that friends or couples who do this program together lose more weight by keeping each other accountable. So if you are ready to make a change we want to support you to do so. If you have someone you want to help and to hold you accountable, let us know and we offer a discount for duos.

I am not good at keeping everyone updated with stuff on here but I wanted to let everyone know we are doing medical weight loss now. I am personally down 26 pounds in 6 weeks so that is a great pace for me. We are able to help people lose weight with a great product that is highly effective and affordable. As the new year approaches so many of us make resolutions to do the things we have put off doing for too long. If you are ready to get out of pain and start the new year feeling better we would love to help you out.

For those of us in healthcare trying to help our patients it has been a confusing couple of months in Regenerative medicine. Procedures many have used to help thousands of patients became heavily regulated and can not be performed anymore as of June 1st. Now after further clarification from the FDA and some tough new regulation we can again use PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) as well as several other biological products again. As we move forward we are excited to again be able to help our patients without surgery. The new guideline are very strict and put into place to protect you the patients and keep all the “snake oil” out of the market and keep doctors from making claims that can’t be substantiated. Again these products can NOT be done systemically or to treat cancer as so many have claimed. We can still use these products as we did before to treat damaged or missing tissues which is common with knee pain, back pain and shoulder injuries for example. We wish you the best health whether you come see us or seek care elsewhere. We are excited to announce we will be offering new treatment options for neuropathy and erectile dysfunction very soon!

It is a sad day for all those who want to find conservative care and avoid surgery when safer less invasive treatments would help people avoid surgery. Our lovely government has in my opinion WAY over reached their aurhority and decided for you that you can not get stem cell or exosome injections. A treatment that has helped literally hundreds of thousands, if not millions of patients avoid knee surgery, rotator cuff surgery and knee and hip replacements is no longer an option for us to perform. Our “brilliant” leaders (dictators) have decided it is unsafe, and must be prohibited pending their over regulation which will double the cost at least, if we can ever do it again. Our government has decided they would rather appease their masters, big pharmacy than do what is best for you, our patients. You no longer have the option to fix your knees, hips, or shoulders with stem cell or exosome injections for an affordable price, but you have to decide to suffer with pain, or go have a surgery or replacement that will cost you $100,000 plus, and another $10,000 is post operative physical therapy, and oh yea, probably pain meds the rest of your life. We really need to vote out all the corrupt individuals we sent to Washington DC. Not politics! BOTH sides, all of them need to go!
You just lost a the ability to choose your health care and what is best for you and no one is telling you. We should be ashamed of what we let our country become!
You lost the ability the treat yourself safely and without addictive harmful drugs so your congressman can be paid by the people who caused and profit from the opiod addiction. Our congress bears the direct responsibility of our drug epidemic, they are co-conspiring and profiting with them! This is clear and undeniable. Please remember this when you vote next time, BOTH parties.
My humble opinion as a doctor helping to heal the sick, not a congressman getting rich from lobbyists getting everyone addicted to pain meds. I hope someone sees this who can make a difference!

Dear Patients,

I just got off the phone with our Dr. He lives 3 hours away and I commute over an hour. His roads are still terrible, and we are forecasted to get additional snow and frigid temps tonight.

In light of everyone’s safety, we have opted to reschedule all new Thursday, February 18, and Friday, February 19 patients.

I have availability next week, and we will ensure you can get in, when it fits your schedule.

We apologize for the closings.

Unpredictable winter weather and long commutes do not go hand in hand! Nor do we want our patients out walking and driving in this ice and snow!
