We did a Silent Nights on Thursday, spent time doing something truly special for the families whose loved ones have passed while under our care. The holidays can be an especially difficult season, filled with both cherished memories and the deep ache of missing someone who is no longer here. Because of this, we wanted to offer support, comfort, and a reminder that their loved ones are never forgotten.

Just as we honor them during our annual butterfly release, we wanted to create something meaningful for families during the holiday season. This year, we gifted each family a personalized ornament with their loved one’s name beautifully displayed. It’s a small token, but one meant to bring warmth, reflection, and a sense of connection during a time when hearts can feel the heaviest.

Our hope is that these ornaments bring comfort, spark precious memories, and remind families that their loved one’s impact continues to be felt. We are honored to have cared for them, and we continue to hold each family close in our thoughts during this season and always.

Wednesday, we celebrated our Christmas party, and it turned out to be an unforgettable day filled with laughter, connection, and plenty of good memories. We kicked things off at Monical’s, where we enjoyed delicious pizza and had the chance to sit back, relax, and share stories with one another.

After dinner, we headed over to Pinhead, and that’s when the real fun began. Between friendly bowling rivalries, arcade games, and cheering each other on, everyone truly let loose and enjoyed themselves. It was the perfect mix of fun, teamwork, and holiday spirit.

Overall, it was a wonderful evening that reminded us how lucky we are to work alongside such a great group of people. Moments like these bring us closer, and we’re already looking forward to the next time we can all get together!

The holiday season can be especially difficult after losing someone you love. If you or someone you know could use support, connection, and a gentle space to heal, we invite you to join us for Silent Nights, our holiday grief support gathering.

⏰ 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

We’ll share a comforting meal, practical tools for grief, and a community that understands. This event is open to anyone who has lost a loved one under our hospice care. 💜

Here at Elevate Hospice our mission is to transform the care experience for our patients and families in need of comfort and end-of-life support. We passionately commit to meeting the whole person with the level of services they need in what they call home.

To meet more hospice patients and families early in their journey, ELEVATE HOSPICE staff develops a plan of care for our patients and families based on individual needs. All our services may be utilized throughout the plan of care as our patients’ needs change and we aggressively manage symptoms at the end of life.
