The day program is an 8 week program. First start date is September 23rd. These classes meet every Monday and Wednesday from 10am-12pm for a consecutive 8 weeks. The program consists of:
* Brain rewiring tools taught by a certified Brain Rewiring Coach
*One on one meetings with a certified Mental Health Coach to set goals, ensure progress and individual needs are being met
*Group discussions
*Option for emotion healing (this deals with healing trauma, releasing forgiveness and breaking generational patterns)
*Foundations of the Christian faith to help with long term recovery
