Congratulations Andrea Turner, Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

The entire team at Harcourt Terrace are proud to recognize Andrea Turner as our 2025 Quest for Excellence winner. With over seven years of dedicated service in our building, Andrea has become an essential part of our team and a beloved presence throughout the entire facility.

As the Laundry and Housekeeping Manager, Andrea brings exceptional attention to detail, a tireless work ethic, and a deep commitment to creating a clean, welcoming environment for both residents, visitors, and staff. But her contributions go far beyond her role. She’s always willing to step in whenever and wherever help is needed, showing true leadership and team spirit. Everyone knows Andrea is someone you can count on, no matter what.

A proud mother of five and grandmother to 13, Andrea’s nurturing nature shines through in everything she does for her family, her residents and her coworkers. Her positivity uplifts those around her, and her passion for cooking has made her famous among the staff. Her homemade delicacies are always a treat and a highlight of the day!
