This season, we’re coming together to give back to our community. Couture Pilates is proud to host a Food & Donation Drive benefiting the Mid-North Food Pantry — and we’d love your help!

From now through December 30th, we’ll be collecting non-perishable food items, fresh food donations, and monetary contributions (cash or check made out to Mid-North Food Pantry).

Requested Donation Items:
Tuna • Boxed milk • Boxed stuffing • Oatmeal • Gravy mix • Rice • Sauces • Feminine products • Can openers • Cooking oil • Spices, salt & pepper • Sandwich bread • Dish detergent • Crackers • Fresh fruit • Butter • Stews • Tea & coffee • Pasta & spaghetti sauce • Powdered milk • Cake & pancake mix

Every contribution — big or small — makes a difference for local families in need.

How about a Pilates Party? This holiday season you can bring your friends, family, or coworkers to Couture Pilates for a Pilates Party!

Here is a breakdown of the costs and what’s included:

Private Group Class (one hour)

Up to 8 guests $175

Up to 15 guests $275

Pilates Party BYOB - This is a 3 hour party where we teach a one hour Reformer or equipment based class with the music of your choice. We set up tables and chairs, provide plates, cups & cutlery and most importantly we do the clean up! For a BYOB party you provide the food and drinks.

Up to 8 people - $300

Up to 15 people - $450

Pilates Party w/ food and drinks provided - The same 3 hour party, but now we provide food and drinks with you guidance. We have done parties with charcuterie, Yats, Diavola pizza and more. You provide guidance on what your group likes too eat & drink and we make it happen. These parties are great for corporate events, birthday parties, family celebrations and more!

Get ready for a frighteningly fun full-body workout! We’re summoning a special 75-minute Tower class, Tower of Terror, Tomorrow, Saturday, October 25th from 11:45 AM–1:00 PM. Join us—if you dare—for spooky strength work, chilling core challenges, and a hauntingly good stretch to finish.

Expect all your favorite Tower exercises with a wicked twist: eerie playlists, playful Halloween energy, and an atmosphere that’s more treat than trick.

Name: Tower of Terror — 75-Min Pop-Up Class

When: Friday, October 25 | 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM

Theme: Halloween… spooky, not scary 🦇

Meet Kristan Jackson - instructor

I connected with Pilates while studying dance performance at the University of California, Irvine and continued to use it as a cross training modality during my training at Trinity Laban Music and Dance Conservatory in London, England, and through my career as a professional dancer. Empowering others to move with confidence regardless of age, perceived ability or injury status is my passion and has been my way of sharing the gift of movement with others. I have been teaching Pilates and movement modalities for 13+ years and received my comprehensive Pilates training and certifications from the Kane School at the Kinected Center and Center for Movement NYC.

I utilize the principles of functional movement, muscle coordination, and proper muscle mechanics to develop creative, fun and goal-oriented sessions that efficiently integrate the full body, including the mind. I specialize in bone and joint health along with osteoporosis safe training, rehabilitation and movement maintenance.

My classes are designed to encompass the true essence of mind-body integration and I encourage my students to stay present, connect through movement exploration and cherish simple moments of movement intelligence.

When not teaching, you can find me in my recording booth voicing commercials, eLearning and corporate narration. In my free time I enjoy baking (and mostly eating) delicious sweet treats and experimenting with new and old recipes.

The Back-9 Golf Conditioning for Men 4-week Workshop is a specialized Pilates program to improve the necessary movement skills for golf, designed specifically for men. During the 4 weeks we will take a deep dive into three different movement patterns; rotation of the spine, mobility of the hips and stability of the shoulder. The goal of this workshop is to give you the tools you need to not only improve your swing but also to help you train the body for injury prevention, focused control and to help balance the body between mobility (fluidity of movement) and stability (strength).
These will all be movement classes so come prepared to workout, fine tune your movement skills and improve your game as you add Pilates to your cross training regimen.
