By blending Pilates with concepts of neuroplasticity, Active Balance Challenge encourages your nervous system to adapt and create new neural pathways—supporting stronger balance and more efficient, functional movement.
Using a mix of small equipment, BOSU balls, weights, and the Reformer, Shika will guide you through exercises that challenge stability, sharpen proprioception, and build strength in a dynamic, supportive environment.
