This coming Tuesday evening kicks off the next 6-Week Yoga Series for Beginners where I’ll be teaching foundational poses and breathing techniques to build a yoga practice. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or are looking for a refresher, this is a great opportunity to join a small group to ask questions and be curious, all while in a supportive and safe place.
