Our parking lot may be inaccessible at times. If so please use street parking or the courthouse overflow parking located next to Applebee's on Highway 111 and Smurr Street

Our story...

The Awareness Program’s main office is at 45926 Oasis Street in Indio, CA with a second office at 1445 N. Sunrise Way, Suite 103 in Palm Springs, CA.

Founded by Howard Bibby and wife/business partner Marilyn, the Awareness Program has been providing education, treatment, and rehabilitation services to DUI offenders since 1974 (incorporated in 1979). Mr. Bibby was also founder of Fellowship Hall in Palm Desert, which is an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting hall. Additionally, he was influential in developing the ABC Club in Indio.

In 1995 the Awareness Program was certified by the County of Riverside to provide PC 1000 Drug Diversion services.
