Serenity House is looking for caring, dedicated team members to join our community and support mothers and women in recovery and their children.

We are hiring:

Community Support Associate (CSA)
• Shifts: 4 PM – Midnight and Midnight – 8 AM
• Must be available to work weekends
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid KY Driver’s License
• Must pass CANS and fingerprint background check
• Serve as a positive role model in recovery and coping skills

Residential Counselor
• Shift: 4 PM – Midnight
• Must be available to work weekends
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing treatment
• Knowledge of addictions and mental illness treatment
• Experience with pregnant and parenting women and their families a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass CANS and fingerprint background check
