Emma from Community Life held her first Old Fashioned and Game Night event, and everyone had a blast. We sipped cocktails and played Sequence, Dominoes, and Scrabble until late in the evening. What games do you love to play during game nights?

Have you attended our balance class? Join us next time! Julie our Physical Therapist and Cassidy, our 360 Well Coordinator held a balance class for our members. We host this class quarterly to ensure our members stay safe and maintain their balance.

We are pleased to announce that our 360 Well Program is thriving, encouraging members to rise early for invigorating workouts led by Cassidy, our dedicated 360 Well Program coordinator. Cassidy is also available for individualized personal training sessions for those members who seek extra motivation or prefer a more intimate setting.

Remaining physically and socially active is one of the best parts of a healthy retirement. Watersound Fountains recognizes the importance of an active lifestyle for people of all ages. The benefits are even greater when you participate in fun or meaningful activities with others. We encourage older adults to keep moving, engage in their community and nurture their own well-being. We kicked off our first fall morning with temperatures in the 60s, with a brisk walk on the beach at Topsail State Park.
