Staying Connected Just Got Easier with How’s Mom
Lutheran Homes of SC is excited to introduce How’s Mom, a new FREE communication program designed to help resident Priorities and families stay informed and connected across our communities. We are the only senior communities in South Carolina using this communication tool!
What does this mean for you and your family?

✔️ One place to stay informed and engaged.
How it will be used across our community:
• Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living: Families may receive updates related to care such as changes in weight and medications, vitals, and other important information.
• Independent Living: How’s Mom will initially be used for community-wide announcements and mass notifications, with additional features coming soon.
📧 Invitations are being sent, so please watch for an email or text with instructions to download the app and set up your account. When a message is sent from How’s Mom, you’ll receive an email/text prompting you to log in securely to view it. If you do not receive an invitation, please reach out to the front desk to ensure your email address and phone number are up to date.
This new tool supports our commitment to communication, transparency, and peace of mind for residents and the people who care about them most.
