HUGE HUGE THANK YOU TO MY CLIENTS! you guys have been so supportive this year, with my flakiness, it's been a rough year, struggling with burnout and the separation and the part time job and kids schedules I know the time to come in and see me have taken a huge hit and I'm so sorry but so thankful for everyone for being amazing and understanding 💜 this new year I'm planning on getting back on track with you guys and remedying my absences I've had. On that note would everyone who has outstanding gift certificates or recently purchased ones please reach out to me, this month I've been so out of touch, and I want to make sure I have everyone on back on track on my end! Just send me a message, so I can fix that too lol again everyone thank you for being an amazing support and for standing by me through this pain in the butt year lol 💜💜

Hey everyone so I have some changes that I need to address!!

#1 my schedule, I am taking my shop down to part time, so spots are extremely limited. I do book out 3 weeks to a month ahead of time if you can't find this week we can look at the following.

#2 Same day appointments, with going down to part time at the shop I will no longer be able to do same day appointments.

#3 Appointment confirmation, If we are discussing appointment times I do need you to confirm, that is the time you want, or else I won't know and I won't put you on the schedule, with that as well I'll also be sending out confirmation messages the night before your appointment, if you don't receive a confirmation messages from me please reach out ASAP!

#4 Days off, so for my own mental health I am picking one day out of the week to have off and I won't be responding to work related messages until the following day.

#5 Holiday Specials, Last but not least Holiday Specials, so holiday specials will be different this year than my previous years🎄, I will not be offering packages on black Friday or for Christmas like i usually do, December I may do discounts, but I have no plans in place.

Sorry everyone that's a lot to dump on you guys but definitely something I needed to address.
