This workshop has been designed from the prospective that many of us are confused (especially woman 40+) as things change in different seasons of life and we don't always understand why or how to navigate that. We want to share with you what this workshop is not about :)

The Wellness Blueprint is NOT:

✘ A detox
✘ A 30-day shred
✘ “Good food / bad food” talk
✘ A shame session about your habits
