Scavenger Hunt Day: Find a quiet corner of the studio… 🤔

After some serious searching (and a lot of laughter), we’ve come to a conclusion…

There is no "quiet" place at Sage-excpet maybe the bathroom 😂

This place is full of energy, conversation, encouragement, and a whole lot of LIFE, even on our yoga days.

And tucked into our ‘quietest’ corner… a little reminder of something that really matters.

Your body is made up of an average of 50-65% water—and even mild dehydration (as little as 1–2%) can decrease strength, energy, and endurance.

So when movement feels harder than it should… sometimes it’s not your fitness—it’s your hydration.

So that means Drink water = move better, feel better, recover better.

Lifting weights can often feel intimidating for a woman.

Starting in our 30s, women naturally begin to lose muscle mass- and that decline increases as we age.

We aren't focusing on how you look, or a certain weight goal- strength training serves a much bigger picture.

We have strenght to help you do the everyday things that we enjoy and need to do. Those things might become harder if we aren't mindful.

Strength training helps you:

👉Lift your laundry basket without thinking twice
👉Carry bags in from the car
👉Keep your independence as you age
👉Lift your kids and grandkids

Strength is freedom.💪

A Tuesday reminder about fitness in case you get caught up in all the noise❤️

Fitness isn’t meant to be your life.
It’s meant to support it.

It’s not about spending hours working out…
or chasing a certain look…
or trying to “fix” yourself.

It’s about being able to:

👉Carry your groceries without thinking twice
👉Get up and down off the floor with ease
👉Keep up with your kids or grandkids
👉Feeling steady, strong, and capable in your own body

That’s what we’re really doing here with many different tools.

We are not chasing perfection or
punishing ourselves, we are doing the best we can.

Just building a body that supports the life we actually want to live each and every day.
