🎄 It’s almost time for our 12 Days of Christmas at Sage Studio! 🎄

We’re kicking things off December 8th–19th, and this year is all about FUN, connection, and a little friendly motivation.
Every day will have a small activity to complete — and yes, every completed activity earns you a raffle ticket!

We’ve got you covered.
There will be printed sheets at the studio you can grab and take home, and a sign posted with all the directions so you know exactly what to do each day.

Here’s your December reminder that Sage Studio is so much more than reps, poses, and classes on a schedule.

These ladies showed UP for themselves today in our Cardio Groove class — the day after Thanksgiving isn't easy - the energy is low, and the couch is looking extra cozy!

But they walked in anyway.
Moved their bodies anyway.
Chose themselves anyway.

It’s not about feeling 100% "in the mood" it’s about honoring your body with whatever you can do to stay in the habit!

In our Studio, we don’t do “one-size-fits-all.” We meet you exactly where you are… every single class.

If you peek into our space, you’ll see our members showing up with hip replacements, knee replacements, ankle surgeries, bad days, low-energy days — and they’re still here. Not because it’s easy… but because they know movement matters. And we help them modify, adjust, and honor what their bodies need today.

No excuses. No guilt. No pressure to “keep up.”
Just real people choosing to move, in a community that adapts, supports, and celebrates every step… wobbly or not.

So if you’ve been thinking, “I’m not ready” or “I’m too tired”… trust me, you’re ready enough.
