If you're looking for a yoga class that increases mobility and flexibility, works on balance and strength, and gives you calm energy in only 30 minutes, this class is for you.
It's a gentle movement class to start your day. Whether you're a beginner, returning to yoga after time away, or a regular practitioner looking for a joint-friendly class suitable for older or less flexible bodies, I'd love for you to join.

Props: a yoga mat. Two yoga blocks are recommended, not required; a blanket is recommended if you'd like padding under your knees for kneeling poses, a chair or wall for balance support
