Unfortunately, due to a very unruly visitor that horribly disrespected our Staff, it was decided that we needed to make a new policy addressing this, and in regards to the numerous incidents by this one person. They work very hard every day with professionalism, integrity, compassion, and great empathy. We support and back our Staff 110%, when they are treated badly…that is unacceptable.

For all other Visitors, we truly appreciate your ongoing friendliness and respect towards our Staff. 💛 They very much appreciate each and every one of you.
