Was I somewhat crazy to schedule a class during a mercury retrograde, daylight savings, AND eclipse season? Maybe so!! But it also turned out to be such a wonderful time for cleansing, releasing and healing. This group taught me as much as I taught them. I was absolutely honored to get them started on this wonderful path.

There was something so special about this combination. Somehow, taking the time to relax and disconnect from the stress of the outside world made the power and presence of true, authentic connection so much easier to access! This was the first sound bath experience for many participants and I am so grateful to have gotten to introduce them to it. Huge kudos to my friend and mentor .greyzone for coming up with the idea and inviting me to join! A second shoutout to Kristi at for hosting in her fantastic space. The acoustics were truly out of this world 🌎

Sometimes the vibe is so good that you forget to take a lot of pictures! These were all the images I got from my wonderful sound bath at Peak Yoga last Saturday. I was thrilled to come back to such an uplifting, beautiful space. We dove deeply into a guided chakra meditation filled with rich visuals and songs. Thank you so much to everyone who came. I cannot wait to come back soon 💕
