I genuinely want the best for you and think you deserve the world. I think about you when you’re not here, how your daughters wedding went, what happened on your family thanksgiving, if you got tan on your vacation, how your handling your pain before your knee surgery, how you doing as you are about to go into labor, if you got the new job. You are always on my mind and in my heart.

We have a sacred trinity of experience held within our bodies. The body, mind and spirit are all connected through an invisible thread. When one area is neglected, it tugs the fabric of the whole being.

While yes, we can release muscle tissue, chronic tightness or anything physical, we cannot release the emotions stored or associated with pain/trauma without the mind coming online and processing the experience.

Last week I had a client say to me, “I want you to see where I am storing trauma in my muscles.” While I can feel the tension, I cannot tell what emotions are stored there or why. I continued the massage and then just let her speak, her unload the tension of her life while addressing the physical.

The unwinding happened through her own processing. When her mind came online, as I was simultaneously releasing physical tension, magic happened.

We co-create these sessions together. I am so honored to hold space while I see this sacred trinity of the body, mind and spirit come into union in front of my eyes.
