Our patients notice the difference! Here's what Greg S. had to say about the exceptional care he is receiving from our team:
"I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the incredible work from a few of your awesome employees, who are assisting with my rehab from a massive stroke, one year ago this month. In particular, Tabby (following on Rich's great start) has consistently applied her OT talent and encouragement to get my upper body back into great working order. Next, I want to compliment both Austin and Shane for giving me exceptional attention and service today during my PT session. My lower body is taking a lot longer to come around compared to the upper, which I understand is typically the case. Still, today in particular, they made this a red-letter moment in my recovery by listening carefully to my goals and concerns and then tailoring the workout towards helping reach towards my main objective. I watched Shane coach Austin on the importance of engaging the customer in the process and that meant the world to me. They are not just robotically applying some canned process to yet another body; they really listened and care about what I hope to accomplish at therapy! "
