Well, it looks like the winds have shifted again and a new season is about to begin. Things are changing around here too. I have opened an Etsy shop in lieu of exposing both of us to crowds of people who may potentially have Covid-19 virus and it's working really well. I have a new soap for the fall too, Jewellweed. It's Day 9 of my bronchitis battle and I am up! We went out! YAY! We had wings and hugs from family. I have to admit it am a bit spent, but I really do feel much better and I am back in the saddle!

Well my plan was to attend Inverness Farmer's Market, but Bronchitis had other plans for me. I'm fine, but I'm home, resting on my recliner with the cats taking turns "curing" me, getting better and better each day. Hope to see you all at the next market.

We have good news and we have not such good news today: The bad news is more and more cases of Covid are being discovered here in FL mostly because of more and more testing. The good news is: Most of the active cases of Covid resolve quickly and without hospitalization. I spoke to my pulmonologist today and she says that even though they have had no cases in the office, the doctor has seen a lot of cases at the hospital, and those poor people have through the wringer. In her words, "It's horrifying, what they go through."

So, it's back to masks everywhere now. Please don't forget: 1. You need to wash that mask EVERY time you use it. (and it's better to dry it in the sunshine if you can) Don't just wad it up and leave it in your pocket or purse. 2: WASH THOSE HANDS. If you touched something other than the mask outside of your home, you need to wash your hands, EVERY TIME. 3. Invest in a UV light wand or light box. They are not expensive and they will kill viruses and fungi. You can drop your cell phone, your keys and your mask inside, zip it shut and plug it in. If you have a SoClean for your CPAP, that can kill viruses and fungi too, USE IT! Protect yourselves.

Can’t get much more natural than this! Wash the laundry, your windows, your mirrors, your hair, the baby, the dog, wash the cat... if you dare. Soap Nuts. The soap that grows on trees!

Here's a photo of SoapNuts still on the tree. Can you get any more natural that this? I don't think so.
