Ease into the week ahead with this deeply soothing restorative yoga experience designed to calm your nervous system and quiet the “Sunday Scaries.” Expect cozy piles of props, gentle hands-on adjustments, soft poetry, and slow, grounding music under dim, peaceful lighting. This class invites you to fully let go — to rest so deeply you just might snooze.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and come ready to unwind, exhale, and remember how good it feels to simply be.

Thank you, Citrus County community, for showing up with such generosity and love for our local animal shelter during out Seventh Annual Gratitude Yoga in the Park . On top of a trunk full of goodness, we also collected $120 in cash donations to support the animals who need it most.

Your kindness makes a real difference — not just in supplies, but in comfort, care, and hope for these sweet souls.
