My pregnancy was unexpected.
I was finally gaining momentum in my career… on the edge of a promotion… and I had just had a baby 9 months before.

I remember thinking:
How is this even going to work? 😞

We were not in a great place financially.
The timing felt impossible (two babies back to back?!)
And with my history of fainting during pregnancy… it felt risky too.

I was overwhelmed…
I didn’t see a clear path forward.

For a moment, I wondered if ending the pregnancy would solve everything.
Not because I didn’t care… but because I didn’t think I had another choice. Eventually my conviction kicked in and I decided not to terminate - I decided I’d figure it out along the way.

I’ll never forget telling my husband sobbing, unsure of what our future would look like.
But we took it one step at a time.
Not because we had it all figured out… but because we didn’t.

And today… I can say this with full confidence:
That baby I once feared? He became one of my greatest blessings.

He didn’t take away from my life—
he literally multiplied to it!!!
He gave me a deeper purpose.
He pushed me to grow.
He became part of the reason I kept going.
