Eating sensibly doesn't always have to be so restrictive. Two stuffed shells with organic marinara paired with 1 cup of steamed broccoli and a side salad (oil and vinegar dressing) equals around 400 calories, 16g of protein, 40g of carbs, and 12g of fat. 🍽 🍅 If you've had a semi-active day, those 40g of carbs are no biggie 😊

Focus on HEALTH markers instead, like A1C, cholesterol levels, skeletal muscle and fat percentages, as well as HOW you feel... energy level, quality of sleep.
