Your Body Is Not Broken! It’s Speaking 🗣️
This past week, my body has been speaking pretty loudly. My menstrual symptoms have been more intense than usual, and for a moment I found myself wondering why everything felt so amplified.
But as I sat with it, the Lord brought some clarity.
I’ve been supporting my body by helping regulate its energetic system by using ATB patches daily, all day and giving myself space to actually listen instead of powering through. And when our nervous system starts to regulate, the body often communicates with more clarity. Sometimes that clarity feels big or uncomfortable, not because things are getting worse, but because things are finally being expressed.
That realization shifted everything for me because it helped me remember:
🌿 My body isn’t failing.
🌿 My body is responding.
🌿 My body is guiding me.
🌿 My body is allowing the healing God is already doing.
I’m sharing this because I get it. I know what it’s like to feel confused by your symptoms or to wonder why your body is reacting the way it is. And I want you to know that there is a way to understand what your body is saying and to heal in alignment with God’s design.

Self‑care isn’t always quiet or pretty. Sometimes it’s sitting with the discomfort long enough to ask, “What are you trying to tell me?” Sometimes it’s realizing that intensity is actually communication. Sometimes it’s remembering that God created your body with intention.
