Your Body Is Not Broken! It’s Speaking 🗣️

This past week, my body has been speaking pretty loudly. My menstrual symptoms have been more intense than usual, and for a moment I found myself wondering why everything felt so amplified.

But as I sat with it, the Lord brought some clarity.

I’ve been supporting my body by helping regulate its energetic system by using ATB patches daily, all day and giving myself space to actually listen instead of powering through. And when our nervous system starts to regulate, the body often communicates with more clarity. Sometimes that clarity feels big or uncomfortable, not because things are getting worse, but because things are finally being expressed.

That realization shifted everything for me because it helped me remember:

🌿 My body isn’t failing.
🌿 My body is responding.
🌿 My body is guiding me.
🌿 My body is allowing the healing God is already doing.

I’m sharing this because I get it. I know what it’s like to feel confused by your symptoms or to wonder why your body is reacting the way it is. And I want you to know that there is a way to understand what your body is saying and to heal in alignment with God’s design.

In the clinic, we have so many ways to support nervous system regulation and help you reconnect with your body’s messages. If you haven’t booked an appointment yet, I truly encourage you to. Not because you’re broken, but because your body deserves support, clarity, and a safe place to heal.

Self‑care isn’t always quiet or pretty. Sometimes it’s sitting with the discomfort long enough to ask, “What are you trying to tell me?” Sometimes it’s realizing that intensity is actually communication. Sometimes it’s remembering that God created your body with intention.

If you’re experiencing symptoms, it doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong. It might mean your body finally feels regulated enough to show what’s wrong.

Hello all!! I want to share a bit of a shift for now at my studio.

I am currently working through some personal health concerns and have cut back my availability. However, if there's not a time that works for you, you can be placed on a waitlist or reach out to me for a time that works.

While I love providing a healing space and therapeutic environment, I, too, must offer that to myself. Thank you for all the Love and support ❤️. I am hopeful that I will be able to return to a more open schedule soon. In the meantime, I will be here healing.

While we are very sad to have Jenny move, we are all very excited for her! This has been a long term goal for her business and we can’t wait to see her do big, big things!

Next month, I'm officially moving from the studio into a much larger gym space — just one mile away.

The current studio has been an incredible launchpad! It’s where I've built the foundation, developed the programs, and grew this amazing community! I’ll always be grateful for what that space allowed me to create.

Now, the new location gives us access to expanded space, equipment, and new opportunities to elevate your results. This is about leveling up your experience and continuing to grow together.

I’ll be sharing all the logistics soon, but for now — mark your calendars for April!

When you sit in the Red Light Therapy room at the end of your work day because providers need nervous system care too. We pour out all day long, holding space, praying with people, listening deeply, carrying stories, and helping others regulate and our own bodies need a moment to exhale. A few quiet minutes of warm incandescent red light helps settle the nervous system, soften the stress response, and remind your body that it’s safe to rest. You can’t pour from an empty cup, and even Jesus stepped away to restore. Caring for others starts with caring for the vessel He entrusted to you.
