Let’s celebrate the ladies! As a WV small business owner and female entrepreneur I am so proud of my little big business that began when I was still in college. It’s still in the dreaming stages as my babies are young. I’ll never stop dreaming of bigger adventures! As my children grow it has allowed me to work from home and still have my hand in what I love, fitness, nutrition wellness and people! Many have asked, and I am finally following through! Energy balls are back!  Saturday we will have Pumpkin spice and PB chocolate chip cacao.
