What I eat in a day as a health coach 🥑🥚

I keep it simple + whole-food focused.
No processed foods—unless it’s my 3-ingredient chips or dark chocolate 🍫
Lots of eggs, veggies, and healthy fats to stay full and energized.

🚫 No dairy (it causes inflammation + skin issues for me)
🚫 No legumes or grains
🚫 No sugar—unless it’s from berries, or very rarely honey or maple syrup

This way of eating keeps my digestion calm, hormones supported, and skin clear.
Not about restriction—just choosing what actually works for my body 🤍

Do not get a massage when you're sick
Why:

It can worsen symptoms (fever, fatigue, inflammation).
Massage may stress your body when it needs rest.
You could expose the therapist and other clients.
Certain illnesses make massage medically inappropriate.
Wait until:

Fever is gone
Symptoms are clearly improving
You feel your energy returning
Once you're well, massage can be a great way to support recovery and relaxation — just not during active illness.
