What I eat in a day as a health coach đĽđĽ
I keep it simple + whole-food focused.
No processed foodsâunless itâs my 3-ingredient chips or dark chocolate đŤ
Lots of eggs, veggies, and healthy fats to stay full and energized.
đŤ No dairy (it causes inflammation + skin issues for me)
đŤ No legumes or grains
đŤ No sugarâunless itâs from berries, or very rarely honey or maple syrup
This way of eating keeps my digestion calm, hormones supported, and skin clear.
