We’re getting back up to the state house this year!

I’m in a beautiful convergence this year with opportunities I am truly grateful for.

I am continuing my academic work in disability studies, serving as a Supported Living Supervisor at Systems Unlimited and helping support an Advocacy Committee for People Served… getting their voices directly to the board and helping folks get up to Des Moines to meet face to face with legislators.

This is the work I’m here for yall!!! And it’s honestly so fun… even in these times. Because what else would I be doing?

ps… I am underway with some seriously delicious inquiries. I don’t know how many people have gone through Vedic astrology training at the same time as working with disability justice traditions and the type of care work I do. I am seeing in real time how dharmic and yogic principles live inside systems.

I’ll be asking real big questions this year. I will report the findings!

I know I've been dropping little hints and announcements... but maybe you're still wondering: What Is the Temple of Golden Ether?

The Temple of Golden Ether is my humble contribution to the moment through my lens as a yogic healing artist, threshold guide, social service worker, and student of both social sciences and dharmic studies and traditions.

This "field" I am tending is seeded as an integrated dharmic-spiritual ecosystem that brings together:

x grounded intuition
x emotional honesty
x nervous system regulation
x yogic wisdom (non-performative, non-dogmatic)
x symbolic literacy
x threshold guidance
x relational repair
x land-based spiritual orientation

It exists at the intersection of:
x spirituality & psychology
x ancient wisdom & modern life
x intuition & ethical responsibility
x personal healing & collective transition

Starting in January, I will be hosting weekly Samāna-Centered Yoga on Wednesday mornings at 8am CST here on Instagram and YouTube. We'll be keeping this class donation-based for now.

What is Samāna? In Yoga & Āyurveda, we know Samāna as the intelligence-force that helps us digest our life's experiences so we may embody the wisdom those experiences have to offer us. Think: integration, stabilization, clarity, coherence.

I'll be honest with you: I am not holding a focus on offering peak experiences at this time. I'm offering a landing pad for tired nervous systems, bright-and-frazzled intuitives, care workers, and teachers living in this modern moment... now.

So rather than ascension, the temple offers embodied orientation, so you can live your dharma in alignment with your truth.

Rather than cutting out or pushing ahead… today may simply be about stabilizing.

After we have periods of expansion or excavation, we naturally need space for integration and for letting things settle.

If we let go of something… a habit, a way of being, an identity, but we do not allow the middle space for the new to form, we risk destabilizing ourselves or going back to the old because of its familiar form.

So this is where we get clear: capacity.

What do I need today or through this phase I’m in?
What do I not have capacity for?
What do I wish I had capacity for, but if I’m being honest with myself I know I do not have capacity for?

How am I inquiring about my true capacity?

Perhaps through dialogue with my tired parts… my body… my digestion… my weary ego.

What do they say? How full is your jar?

Often, especially for us humans these days… so much of the energy driving us is just left over urgency frequencies that don’t even align with what we know we want, what we know will work, and what we know will help us arrive at a center place of greater clarity, ease, relational healing & restoration.

These are doozy dayz, my friends. Life seems absurd. We are being called to something deeper and emergent at this juncture.

May we align with our deeper pulse.
May we choose that which integrates us rather than that which disperses us for empires gain.
May we remain fierce & tender.
May we remember all the support and nourishment available to us.

Beyond the noise, we may return to the interconnected web of life.

Today we celebrate!

For we do not walk alone.

We walk with our ancestors.

Our lineages of soul & bloodline.

Our friends of soil, sky, sand and sea.

We are held. We are guided. We are in relationship.

We know who we are. We have direction, for we have remembered our Center.

Our Dharma is unfolding beautifully. Wisely. Aligned with Divine Intelligence that we all hold.

✨ I Didn’t Always Know It Was Possible to Remember, and Not Just Learn ✨

An Oracle’s Realization:

I didn’t always know it was possible to remember—
not just learn.

To reclaim what was already woven in my cells
instead of trying to earn wisdom from the outside in.

I thought I had to study to be worthy.
Train to be credible.
Certify to be believed.
Translate myself to be palatable.
I didn’t know my own soul was already fluent
in the language of the cosmos.

But remembering is different.
It’s not linear. It’s not hierarchical.
It doesn’t ask permission.
It comes as a rush in the spine,
a whisper at 3AM,
a glyph you’ve never seen before but somehow know.
It’s the sudden certainty: I’ve been here before.
It’s the click in the bones: This is mine.

Remembering is what happens
when the mirror is clean enough
to reflect the whole self.
It’s not about adding more—
it’s about shedding what never belonged.

And when I remembered,
the learning changed too.
It wasn’t about collecting knowledge anymore.
It became communion.
Activation.
Resonance.

So I say to the others:
If you feel out of place in the systems of learning—
maybe you’re not here to learn like they taught us.
Maybe you’re here to remember what the world forgot.
To re-member the severed limbs of sacred knowing.
To reweave the lineages that never died, only went underground.

It is possible.
To remember.
And from there,
to truly know.

A Declaration for the Ones Rising

I am the oracle of the Temple of Golden Ether.
The oracular stream is rising.
The gates are opening.
The veils are thinning.
The Source is humming through our bones again.

I share not just for myself—
But for those like me.
For the witches who burned.
For the mystics who were mocked.
For the psychics institutionalized.
For the healers dismissed.
For the priestesses erased.
For the oracles forgotten, feared, and silenced.

We are returning.

We are coming out of hiding—
Not to prove, perform, or pretend—
But to live as truth itself.
To speak what others are still afraid to name.
To remember in public what was once only allowed in private.
To build temples out of frequency,
And communion out of code.

I share for the other oracles—
The ones whose words never quite fit the mainstream,
Whose gifts made them strange and sacred,
Whose presence disturbed the false peace.
I share for the ones who have always known:
You are not broken.
You are a transmission.

We are here now,
Not to be consumed—
But to awaken.

The Temple of Golden Ether is not a brand.
It is a pulse.
It is a memory in the bones.
It is the knowing that Source speaks through us,
When we dare to listen.

The oracular stream is rising.
The mirror is being polished.
The silence is breaking.

Welcome home, beloved ones.
You are not alone.
You were never meant to do this by yourself.
And yet, only you can carry the code you came here with.
That paradox is the initiation.

Come.
We remember together.
And we rise,
Not for power—
But for Presence.

Spiral out? Spiral in! 🌀

Huge collective action MATTERS! Immersion in field of solidarity are nourishing for the soul.

AND… this has to be met with a return to your center. You have to digest, process, and metabolize what you took and learned from the group energy. That field there held codes.

You have an important and sacred role in this moment. We can accidentally get pulled into the currents of the collective and lose track of our specific thread in the moment.

When you listen within, when you say “attune me to source. Attune me to my inner Oracle. Reveal to me what is mine.”

You will be shown. You will feel. You will taste. You will smell. You will hear.

Ahhhh now we know what our role is, we honor others in their roles, and we live, participating in a beautiful ecosystem-symphony.

May we remember the songs of our shared liberation and live in ways that bring us back to the sacred rhythms of our Earth Home.

To be a white-bodied oracle is to walk with paradox in plain sight.

To hold privilege and prayer in the same palms.

To know that the systems that distort the world have also distorted the self — and still to choose love as the instrument of repair.

I do not deny the optics.

I am problematic in the eyes of a wounded world. If you look at me, I am white bodied person doing all the problematic things. I’m sure I’ve lost followers the more true that I’ve been to mySelf because of how it all looks.

And that is right.

For me, it means I am willing to be seen — not as pure, but as accountable, which is what I wish for us all to be.

Not as perfect, but as practicing.

The work is not to cleanse myself of history, but to become transparent to grace within it.

To let the light of consciousness move through the architecture of inherited power until even the shadow serves liberation.

So, I revise my commitments:

To embody responsibility as devotion.
To listen more than I speak.
To center voices other than my own.
To teach only what I have lived and what continues to humble me.

To remember that Dharma is not ownership of wisdom, but service to the flow of awakening itself.

I am not here to defend my purity anymore because the defensiveness — that I have truly struggled with — is NOT CUTE!

I am here to practice right relationship — again, and again, and again. I’m also not going to waste my energy in white guilt and self blame cycles either. That s**t is tired.

This is what it means to be a white-bodied oracle in the age of reckoning:

to live the question with reverence, to hold power as prayer,
and to offer one’s very self as compost for the healing of the collective field.

I’m good enough, I just need to keep practicing, refining, and being open to accountability and repair when the calls for such arises.
