Offering Compassionate Care in a Safe Space to Explore and Heal ~ Be Well Healing Services offers an integrated approach to health, self-discovery and well-bring. Lily and her associate therapists work with each person to unlock their full healing potential. Both in-person and online, Lily offers holistic psychotherapy, sound healing, energy work, and human design coaching. Insurance currently accepted for psychotherapy include Wellmark BCBS and HealthPartners. Outside of network psychotherapy and other services are available by private pay.

Sonic Meditations led by Lily French, Sound Healer, LISW, LMT, RMT

During sonic meditations, you will experience the gift of group toning – a simple yet powerful technique, accessible to everyone. You will create tones, or sustained vowel sounds, that resonate with you. Within the group, each person adds their own tone to the mix, building a tapestry of sound. The practice of breathing and creating communal sound is an intuitive, joyful, and playful practice that produces a variety of energetic cleansing and healing effects. Come together to find, strengthen, and share your unique tone while intentionally creating positive vibrations for yourself and for our community.

Lily French, an Alchemical Sound Healer practicing since 2003, will facilitate the sonic meditation. Basics in the practice of vocal toning will be covered, then we will cycle through two rounds of intentional toning for our own healing and for the healing of our community or world with equal periods of silence for meditation after the toning.
