Round Two of Our Pilot: IONRP + Simulation in Motion – Iowa

The Iowa Online Nurse Residency Program team recently hit the road again for the second round of our collaborative pilot with Simulation in Motion-IA (SIM-IA). From Lakes Regional Healthcare to ChildServe, each stop was tailored to meet the unique needs of the organizations we serve.

Our shared goal remains clear: to support new graduate nurses in building confidence, strengthening clinical skills, and ensuring a safe transition to practice.

This innovative partnership combines the structured support of nurse residency with hands-on simulation experiences—bringing education directly to facilities across Iowa.
