Well, I finally did it. I set myself a goal of starting a Youtube channel and now I have 2 of them. I'm starting my channel https://www.youtube.com/ with subliminals and eventually will be doing healings of all sorts. I would love it if you Subscribed and listen to the videos as they drop. What's a subliminal you ask? It is an audio with spoken affirmations that is below the threshold of conscious awareness with an overlay of relaxing music. What are the benefits of subliminal audio? Since subliminal bypass the conscious mind and go directly into the subconscious, changes that we wish to make become effortless with repeated listening. My next subliminals are about Confidence, Loving Your Body, Positive I Am Statements and a few others. Let me know in the comments what topic you'd like me to upload. I have a one hour video and an 8 hour video of each. I love the 8 hours because I fall asleep to them every night.

I'll go first. This morning my mind wandered to a memory of my wedding 29 years ago. Our wedding was outdoors in a park with lots of trees. My soon to be nephew Sean was a little boy then. His job was to signal to me, my dad and stepdad to begin walking me down the made up aisle. We were a ways away from the top of the hill where the vows were going to be said. He looked at the guests to make sure they were all settled and the musicians were ready, then turned to us with a big grin on his face, leaned over and with one hand motioned us to begin our march. He took his job very seriously. It was like his secret since he was hiding behind one of the trees. I think he was 8 years old at that time. Now he's an adult with kids of his own. I'll always cherish that moment.
