has been finding her stride!

All we’ve focused on the last 4 months? Lower body growth.

No crazy bulk. No scale obsession. Just consistent training with , tracking macros, and eating foods that actually work for her.

Her weight stayed the same (or even dropped at times), but the muscle, shape, and strength has evolved.

When you fuel right and train with purpose, your body shows up for you.

✅ Focus on what you can do - Start with one habit you can commit to daily.

✅ Identify > Outcome - Instead of chasing results, become a person who cares about being healthy and prioritizes it.

At 25, I felt lost…

I watched my friends get these high-paying jobs, climb the career ladder, and make moves that made them seem “successful.” Meanwhile, I was stuck, questioning every decision and feeling like I was getting left behind.

Then I met someone who said something that changed everything:
“Someone else’s path isn’t yours. Stop comparing and start trusting yourself. Trust your journey.”

All of a sudden it clicked. I’d been so focused on what others were doing that I lost sight of the fact that success isn’t a race, it’s all individual.

From that day on, I stopped trying to make my vision look like anyone else’s. I started trusting myself under pressure, knowing the choices I made would lead me where I was meant to be.

Fast forward years later and I’ve built something I’m proud of. But the real win isn’t in the success it’s learning to own my journey.

If you’re feeling behind, take this as your sign: You’re not. Stay in your lane, trust the process, and remember that your journey will look different—and that’s a good thing.”

How to get 1% better each day:

1️⃣ Show up daily: The goal isn’t perfection. The goal should be to get one small victory every day that moves you closer to your goal. It could be a 10 minute workout or making a healthy food choice, consistency is how you build momentum.

2️⃣ Measure progress: Keep track of your smallest wins. Whether it’s drinking more water today or getting more sleep. You might now always notice progress, but by tracking it, you’ll be able to see how far you’ve come. Celebrate the small wins!

3️⃣ Mindset shift: Don’t aim for perfection, aim for growth. As long as you’re taking a step forward you’re headed in the right direction. Focus on what you’re learning and improving, the results will follow.

I want to start out by saying how proud I am of ! Preps are where you learn the most about yourself and she took every lesson in stride, applied it, and got better.

While we didn’t place how we wanted to this show, she brought the best package to-date to the stage. We will adjust accordingly and make sure the next one is even better.
