Bundle up and head over to the Iowa Falls Festival of Lights at Foster Park on Wednesday, December 3rd from 5:30–7:00 PM!

Hot chocolate with all the fixings, cookies, and glow bracelets/necklaces will be handed out to light up your walk. ✨

This event is free-will donation, with two buckets available, one supporting the Festival of Lights and one benefiting the Walk to End Alzheimer’s 💜

Bring your family, enjoy the lights, and kick off the holiday season with some festive fun! ⛄🎄

We brought some of our residents out to the Dillon Tree Farm and had such a wonderful time! Nothing like a tree farm visit to kick off the holiday cheer!🎄😊

They open for the season this Saturday, so be sure to stop by and enjoy the beautiful trees and festive atmosphere. Thanks for giving us an early peek!

A huge THANK YOU to Ellsworth Community College for being our Community Spotlight this month! 🐾🎉

We had such a great time getting to know the players and hearing their stories. The energy they brought made the afternoon extra special!

Shoutout to our culinary team for the concession stand favorites that kept everyone smiling: popcorn, M&M’s, and pretzels with cheese. 😋

Thank you as well for the awesome swag and the game schedule posters. We appreciate you all and loved having you with us!

🇺🇸 Veterans Day Program Appreciation Post 🇺🇸

We had a wonderful Veterans Day program honoring the brave men and women who have served our country. It was an incredible turnout, and our hearts are full of gratitude!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate and pay tribute to our veterans. Special thanks to the American Legion for the beautiful presentation, Care Initiatives for providing the pins and certificates to recognize our heroes, and Grandma Jane’s Playhouse for the wonderful goodies!

We’d also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Lynette Evans for playing Taps, Jeannie Vande Zande for sharing her talent on the piano, and Dave Elerding for offering a meaningful prayer and speaking during the program. Your contributions added so much depth and significance to the ceremony.

It was truly a meaningful event filled with pride, respect, and community spirit. Thank you to all who made it such a special day — and most importantly, thank you to our veterans for your service and sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙

We’ll be holding a Veterans Day service at 2:00 PM today in the Scenic Manor courtyard dining hall, and everyone is welcome to join us as we recognize and thank our veterans for their sacrifice and service.
